Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although small, were equipped with a mini fridge and a Kureg coffee maker, making them cozy and comfortable. However, the noise from the freeway and the door's soundproofing issues were a downside. The location was great for accessing Old Town and the trolley easily, but the constant traffic noise made it extremely noisy at times. The service was welcoming, especially Gladys at breakfast, but the unaddressed power outage at 5 am was disappointing. The dining options were plentiful and delicious but tended to run out quickly after 8 am. Overall, there were ups and downs to my experience.
I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were very comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. Gladys, who runs the place, always had a warm smile and served an awesome breakfast spread. However, the room smelled a bit funny and its proximity to the highway was a downside.
The hotel rooms were clean, big, and comfortable, equipped with essential amenities like an HD TV, microwave, big fridge with a decent freezer section, Keurig coffee maker, and a decent size bathroom with a walk-in shower. However, the thin walls allowed noise from neighboring rooms to be quite disruptive, especially with loud traffic noise from the freeway.
